Personal Narrative
Dr. Fay received his Doctorate in Medicine from the State University of New York Center for the Health Sciences, Syracuse, New York. He completed his categorical residency in Internal Medicine, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro, NC and Fellowship in Gastroenterology, State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Studies.
