Personal Narrative
Dr. Kaplan received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Torino, Torino, Italy. He completed his Residency/Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at Interfaith Medical Center and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Studies.
